Appleton™ flameproof ATX™ D Series pre-drilled control stations provide safe control of equipment in classified hazardous locations. They are empty enclosures pre-drilled to accommodate a variety of push buttons, pilot lights, ammeters and limit switches. They are ideal for the control of electrical equipment at power plants, chemical and petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, pulp and paper processing plants and various industrial applications.

- Flameproof. 1 and 2 Function Ex d IIC
- 2 to 6 Function Ex d IIB
- Actuators and contact blocks to be ordered separately
- Up to 3 contacts per function
- Supplied with TS35 rail mounted contact blocks
- 2 to 6 Function Ex d IIB is supplied with yellow laminated plastic legend plate with black lettering
- Flameproof joint: 1 and 2 function is threaded; 2 to 6 function is flanged
- Connection: 2 x 2.5 mm² (0.004 in²) maximum
- Internal earth: 2 x 4 mm² (0.006 in²)
- External ground: 1 and 2 function is M5; 2 to 6 function is M6 screw and M8 earth stud (CF2B type)
- Threaded entry at bottom: 1 and 2 function is 1 x M20 or M25; 2 to 6 function is 2 x M20
- Cable glands and plugs to be ordered separately
